Mega May Makeover Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
Entrants must follow the entry steps on Instagram or Facebook.
Only one main entry per person is permitted. (You may tag more than one friend, however, this will count as only 1 entry)

For 2 bonus entries:

⓶ Complete the form on our website www.crossbankdental.co.uk

Use of multiple social media accounts will result in disqualification. All entries must come from genuine, active accounts.

 

2. How to Enter

3. Prize Includes

• Dental hygiene appointment with Airflow at Crossbank Dental Care, Kendal

• Exosome micro-needling with our in-house Aesthetics Practitioner, Aesthetics by Sarah at Crossbank Dental Care, Kendal

• ½ head highlights, toner, and cut & blow-dry with Vikki Louise Waller Hairdressing at The Dragonfly Hair & Beauty, Kendal

 

Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
 

Travel and any additional expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
 

Prize must be redeemed on the scheduled date — no alternatives will be offered.

 

4. Competition Period

Entries open from 1st May until 31st May 2025 at 11:59pm.
 

The winner will be selected at random using a name generator wheel and announced on 2nd June 2025.

 

5. Winner Requirements

• The winner will be contacted via private message on their social media account through our professional account and must respond within 72 hours to confirm.

• The winner agrees to attend the makeover appointments in Kendal, Cumbria, starting at 12 noon on 19th June 2025.

• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond in time, another winner may be selected.

• Failure to attend the scheduled appointments on 19th June 2025 will result in forfeiture of the prize, and another winner may be chosen.

 

6. Consent for Media Use

By entering, participants grant Crossbank Dental Care, Aesthetics by Sarah, and Vikki Hairdressing a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and publish their image, voice, and likeness from the makeover for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes, including on websites, social media, and printed materials.

 

Written consent and an image release form will be requested from the winner prior to the makeover.
The winner has the right to access and review any media captured and may request removal if dissatisfied.
 

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting Crossbank Dental Care in writing or via email at info@crossbankdental.com.
 

Withdrawal of consent applies to future use only and cannot revoke materials already published.

 

7. Data Protection

Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
 

All data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR guidelines.

 

8. General

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time.
We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, misleading, inappropriate, or breaches these terms.
Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
