We offer all referrers the opportunity to observe any aspect of implant treatment. Let us know your area of interest and we will do our utmost to ensure you have an enjoyable and educational visit with us. There is no charge, it would be a pleasure to have you as our guest and help you to hone your skills within your chosen treatment type.
We offer mentoring for a complete range of general and complex dental treatments, from restorative dentistry to dental implants and periodontics.

Dental implant mentoring with Neil Cooper
There are no limits to what you can do given time, knowledge and application. We can help you to improve your clinical practice by;

Showing you the various ways of performing a procedure and demonstrating (live) how we feel it is done best. There is no charge for this service.

Guiding you through your 'first time' after jointly planning your referred case. Neil will 'scrub-in' and be present for the entire duration of the procedure to assist as necessary. There is no charge for this service.

Working on an 'associate basis' with your own referred patients so that you may develop your skills within the safety of Crossbank and it's championship support team. Neil will always be on-hand to offer sedation (as required), support and advice.
Oral Surgery & Sedation mentoring with Anna Vincent
Dr Anna Vincent will be delighted to mentor you in any area of complex oral surgery and/or sedation.

Anna will guide you through the intricacies of various oral surgical procedures and allow you to observe live procedures. You will gain valuable skills and experience that you can use to build a successful career in oral surgery. Mentoring with Anna will ensure that you are well-prepared to meet the challenges and demands of the profession.
