Listening to Our Patients: Our 2026 Patient Satisfaction Feedback Summary

At Crossbank Dental Care, we believe that the best way to continue improving is to listen carefully to the people who matter most: our patients.

Each year, we carry out a patient satisfaction survey to better understand what we are doing well and where we can refine and improve the care we provide. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who took the time to share their feedback this year.

What patients told us

We are delighted that this year’s survey results showed exceptionally high levels of satisfaction across many areas of care.

In particular, patients reported 100% satisfaction in several key areas, including:

  • Being treated with dignity and respect

  • Confidence in our clinical team

  • Being involved in decisions about their treatment

  • Cleanliness and comfort within the practice

  • Accessibility of our services

These results reflect the commitment of our entire team, from the moment a patient first contacts us through to the completion of their care.

We were also pleased to see continued strength in areas such as appointment availability and improvements in the number of patients receiving preventive advice to support their long-term oral health.

What we are continuing to improve

We know that feedback is not just about celebrating what is working well; it also helps us to identify opportunities to improve the experience for our patients.

This year, we will be focusing on:

  • Embracing technology to make treatment information more accessible and convenient for patients

  • Ensuring patients are always aware they can discuss their care, treatment options and any concerns in a private and comfortable setting

  • Further enhancing clarity and consistency in how we communicate treatment costs, so patients feel fully informed at every stage

These are ongoing areas of development, and we are already taking practical steps to enhance them further.

Thank you

We would like to sincerely thank all of our patients for their continued trust and support.

Your feedback plays a vital role in helping us maintain high standards and continue improving the care we provide for our community here in Kendal and the wider South Cumbria area.

We look forward to continuing to listen, learn and improve together.
