When did you join the Crossbank Dental Care team?

September 2014.

How has your career developed during your time at Crossbank Dental Care?

I feel like my career really started when I joined Crossbank Dental Care. I hadn't nursed for some time as I had been on maternity leave with my first child so when I joined the team I was able to get straight back into dental nursing. From then I went on to qualify in sedation, venipuncture, iOS scanning and radiography, I then went on to train as a Treatment Coordinator.

What do you find most rewarding about your role?

I love working with nervous patients, getting them to a point that they feel comfortable to come in and get the treatment they have been putting off and seeing them as their confidence grows.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself

I have a full leg tattoo.

If you had to swap jobs for one day in the practice, which job would you swap and why?

I would love to be a Therapist for a day. It looks very satisfying, getting a patients teeth all nice and clean. I would also love to do a filling!
